According to a recent FCC filing, Samsung is currently working on 25W fast wireless charging technology. While the tech certainly did not make it in time for the Galaxy S21's launch, Samsung's 2022 smartphone lineup could support the 25W wireless charging standard.

The Galaxy S21 supports cable charging at speeds up to 25W, not 45W as stated. The S20 however supported cable charging st speeds up to 45W.
