VideoCardz has detailed what specifications to expect from the Radeon RX 6400 and RX 6500 XT, two upcoming entry-level graphics cards. The website has revealed a release window for the pair, too.

If that's true, the RX 6400 will have the same number of CUs as Rembrandt, just with faster clocks and 4 GB of VRAM.
