Intel's latest display driver, version 30.0.100.9955, brings support for dynamic refresh rate and H.264, HEVC DX12 encode for 10th gen Core processors with Iris Plus graphics and upwards. Dynamic refresh rate is a new Windows 11 WDDM 3.0 feature that allows devices, such as the Surface Pro 8 and Surface Laptop Studio, to seamlessly switch between 60 Hz and higher refresh rates to offer the best of battery life and smooth inking.

Guess we'll have to select that refresh rate manually for the time being.
