Dynamic refresh rate is a new Windows 11 WDDM 3.0 feature that allows devices, such as the Surface Pro 8 and Surface Laptop Studio, to seamlessly switch between 60 Hz and higher refresh rates to offer the best of battery life and smooth inking.
