Nintendo has finally announced a new Switch console, but it is not the Switch Pro that some people have been hoping for. The Nintendo Switch (OLED model) features a larger and OLED display, along with better speakers and a revised dock. Nintendo has also integrated an improved stand, but there is no 4K or DLSS upscaling support. The Switch (OLED model) has the same NVIDIA SoC as current models, too.

OLED screen 4 other reasons are compelling enough.

Is it enough? For those who play on the go, the display improvement and stand is great (although such people may rather have Switch Lite). For others who have the second revision, I agree this upgrade is just minor and not really worth it. It's a pitty that everyone expected more. More power, bigger resolution or at least lighter construction... Seems to me like Nintendo will just keep this for couple more years and there will not be any switch pro...
The screen isn't better. Better contrast but lower PPI just means it will feel more blurry and pixelated.

768p on 11.6-inch is just fine. You don't need better than 720p on 7-inch.
