Title: Windows 11: Microsoft publishes the first Insider Preview build; Android APK sideloading will be supported
Post by: Redaktion on June 29, 2021, 01:32:22
Windows 11 is here, albeit only for those willing to try an Insider Preview build for the time being. The build is available to anyone and contains many of the shown changes from Windows 10. Android app emulation is missing, but Windows 11 will support APK sideloading.

Armoury Crate won't work and neither will any CPU overclocking program.  These are all booted off by windows Block at First Sight,  Gamers:  Avoid Windows 11 until it is patched to play nice with standard overclocking software or un-install Armoury Crate (disable it in BIOS) and manually overclock, if you can navigate the BIOS and know exactly what you are doing.  Windows 11 is essentially Ransomware for a lot of people. You need to buy programs to set group policy and clear protection history (there is no clear protection history button in security settings.  Windows 11 will "Brick" many users computers to make your computer extra safe and completely unusable.

From windows 7 to windows 10 is a downgrade. From windows 10 to windows 11 is another downgrade. So, how is that corruption coming along ?

APK sideloading is unsatisfactory. Was possible for quite a while via other 3rd party solutions, anyway. This is strictly enthusiasts' territory.

Banking apps sure don't come in ",apk's"! If Amazon's the only other choice on Win10.11, then this initiative is dead in the water. EMEA developers will continue publishing exclusively to Play, Apple, and Huawei (bleh), and nothing will change that.

I dread Intel Bridge going the way of Intel XDK.
