Title: Initial tests prove the efficiency of the LHR mining limiter on the new Nvidia RTX 3060 and RTX 3080 Ti SKUs

Chinese testers note that the new GA106-302 chips featuring the LHR limiter included with the new RTX 3060 cards provides the same gaming performance as the original versions, but effectively halves the Ethereum mining performance in half. The same is apparently true for the upcoming RTX 3080 Ti cards.

The article fails to note is if known hacks used on the 3060 were used to bypass the LHR on the new cards.

Were the normal hacks tried? I recall that the driver bypass wasn't even required, just a riser and a dummy hdmi plug.
