Title: Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 13 Laptop Review - Too expensive with Intel CPU?
Post by: Redaktion on May 13, 2021, 17:53:51
Microsoft's small Surface Laptop 4 gets a new Tiger Lake processor, but that's about it. Is that still enough in 2021 to compete with the rivals including Apple's M1 MacBooks?

I don't understand why someone would try to get this laptop because even the base M1 Air is much better than this in almost every way. I've used a laptop with the same response time, and let me tell you, it is very smeary. You try to move the cursor and it looks like you have pointer trails on, yet it's off. It just feels like the laptop is in slow motion. It also hurts the eyes a lot

The fact that the CPU includes Thunderbolt support natively and they still refuse to add TB support is infinitely puzzling. I just don't get it.

They'd get it because they don't like the Apple Operating system.

They'd get it because the Air looks EVEN MORE old fashioned.

And the screen is excellent - and responds to touch.

Get this laptop if you want a decent keyboard. I have a Macbook air m1, and the keyboard is basically shitty.
