AMD has confirmed that the Radeon RX 6700 series will arrive in just a week, contrary to previous reports. The March 3-bound cards will have a dual fan design and will be based on Navi 22 GPUs, AMD has also confirmed.

No, they will be announced on March 3, but launched a couple of weeks later. There's a difference.

I think the same.
AMD is not Intel that tries to deceive confused consumers into buying their new Intel 11 Generation processors at 14nm ++++++ that has high consumption and high temperatures and that forces you to change all that and without seeing the reviews first.
