Bloober Team, developers of The Medium, the first next-gen exclusive title to release on PC, recently shared update minimum, recommended, and ray-tracing system requirements for the game. PC gamers will require a GeForce RTX 1060 for a min-spec experience, with the GeForce RTX 3080 recommended for ray-tracing.

Reassuring to see that The Medium developpers could take advantage of the RT cores in the AMD RDNA2 GPUs to provide a decent experience with RT.
This is a first (for a game, not a benchmark).
And i hope with RDNA2 chips in new consoles, more and more developpers will learn to have games with RT on AMD GPUs.

It depends how bad minimum settings is, would it be in line with something from 10 years ago?

People with cards like the RX580 and 1050ti might need to drop settings a bit? That's poor journalism guys. The 580 is about twice as quick and the 1050ti and beats the GTX 1060 in almost every single car by many FPS. Please do your research.
