AMD could be offering several Navi 23 and Navi 24 mobile GPUs with a sub-100 W TGP target to power gaming laptops next year. Navi 23 may be offered in three TGP variants topping at 90 W while Navi 24 will come in two SKUs — one with a cTGP up to 50 W and another, a low-power variant at 25 W TGP.

Navi24 is not expected as 6GB. It was leaked to have 64-bit bus, so that is 2 x 2GB 32bit GDDR6 chips = 4GB. In theory, it could also come as dual stacked 2x2x 2GB=8GB, but 4GB should be expected, as it would make more sense to cut Navi23 into 96bit and offer as 6GB instead.
