The SD665 isn't adequate for day to day daily usage, let alone an acceptable photography, that's for sure. An SD 720G/730 or Dimensity 820 should be the choice for common mid ranger these days.
Without any good software post processing, any sensors, despite how good they are, won't make the captured photos better.
