I have a xmg apex 15 ryzen 9 3900, today i tried to test and load out the cpu! but after some tests with prime95, cinebench 15, cinebench 20 , i realised that cpu wont load more than 17 percent !!!
Cinebench 15 score : 352 cb
Cinebench 20 score : 924 pts
prime95 after 30 minutes on smart FFTs still on 17 percent.
i have cheked the cpu loads percentage in Task manager.
what is the problem? is there any setting to fix it or the cpu has problem?
This problem has been partially solved with EC/BIOS update on your unit.
