A Weibo tipster claims that Huawei's "Tashan" semiconductor project will start all the way at the top with experimental 45nm silicon, built using fully indigenous technology. The post indicates that a 45nm Huawei part, likely built in collaboration with a Chinese fab, will be ready within one year.
