Move over, punch-holes, under-display cameras may be here soon. However, they are not to be premiered by OPPO or Huawei as previously thought, but by another smartphone OEM: ZTE. Its CEO has just revealed that it will be first to this tech, although no specific date for this event was mentioned.

Last time we've seen these the camera could be clearly seen through the screen under sunlight, not unlike early UD FP sensors. We'll know if they actually solved that (and the image quality issue of an unknown extent) or if it launches as a gimmick.
