I completely understand that you mentioned in Q2 2020 but I want to say the best laptop that ever seen is Hp elitebook x360 1030 g3 with mate 700nit display and LTE, in my opinion it's old brother of hp elitebook dragonfly, and even better vecause of its noise level is really low.
