Set the system to High Performance mode and the processor will slow to a crawl. Our experience with a Comet Lake-U-powered VivoBook 17 retail unit shows it might have some issues related to the standard Windows power profiles.

It's not a bug, it's just what happens when they "forget" to attach the cooler...

I have also a Asus R541U laptop it Botts very slow still it have i5 and 2gb of graphics ,actually I felt that asus had a partition where stored bios and other firmware and that makes the laptop slow,they have to optimize bios storage partition.
