Well, thanks to the Party's shady maneuvers Huawei still has half the whole Chinese market anyway after the 251 scandal and Taiwan Independence Gate. Can you imagine Apple lying under oath framing a former employee resulting in 251 days' detainment but having the whole incident suppressed in a couple weeks? Or making suggestions politically incorrect comparable with glorifying Nazis and having the US government command Twitter and FB to censor its exposure?
