Biostar has confirmed up to 60% of the Ryzen 4000G series, AMD's range of desktop Renoir APUs. Soon to be available with 35 W and 65 W TDPs, there may be up to four editions of the Ryzen 3 4200, Ryzen 5 4400 and Ryzen 7 4700. All APUs are compatible with Socket AM4 socket.

so, it partially confirms a theory about pocket oems, not just amd inability to produce enough chips.
