While Nvidia's new Super GPUs are mostly identical to their respective predecessors the Max-Q variants have a nice surprise up their sleeve: Dynamic Boost. We took a closer look at this feature with the Gigabyte Aero 15 OLED.

This is why we need 4900U+3070/30280/23. Intel super high clock 8 core Skylake requires so much power and cooling so not much left can give to the dGPU.

Totally agree.I would prefer to have rtx 2070 super max-q with 4900hs though.
