Title: Super Mario 64 gets ported to PC with DirectX 12 and ray-tracing support: doesn't need an RTX 2080 Ti but it still looks...like an N64 game

An intrepid modder built a DirectX 12 port of Nintendo classic Super Mario 64 for the PC. Using ReShade and its ray-tracing plugin, they were even able to get ray-traced global illumination working.

I've had this running on my phone and PC for several years by using an emulator. As would be expected, it requires very little processing power and video memory.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. 3GB of documents has been leaked on line the source code for the Wii and N64.

What's even more interesting is, there's more data that suggests that all Nintendo's console catalogs has been breached that contains over 2TB of data on how the consoles were made from SDK to hardware!

This could have had not happened to a more dirty company.

It's only a matter of time but the people always win!
