Can you run an 8-core 16-thread Core i9 processor with nothing more than a huge heat sink? We stress test the Impact Display Solutions IMP-3654-B1-R mini PC to see just how far we can push the system before throttling begins.

Very interesting for those of us who are bothered by fan noise. I think a mini ITX solution with a 45-65w CPU in a case like Streacom/Akasa would be better in terms of bang for buck though. I9-9900T seems to be about twice the price of an R5 3600!
