Supposedly released to the device last month, it seems that hordes of people are yet EMUI 10 on their P20 Pro. If you are one of them, then you're not alone.

Maybe Huawei should unlock the p20 phones so users car update with third party ROMs. This is brutal! It'll be my last Huawei phone.
I haven't been all that impressed over the course w/support for my P20 & Pro. Couldn't even deliver their claimed "monthly" security patches so not surprised they've decided to drag their feet here. Yup, all the time in the world to launch a new device (P40 Series) but no time to look after some of their existing customers. Definitely won't be owning another Huawei that is for sure.

Last Huawei devices and P20 pro will not be on the batch for Emui 11.... A shame for the company to not deliver major updates after devices released 2 years ago....
Huawei is in a sad state. Promises updates and not delivering has become the norm. Never an other huawei for me.
I was big fan of huawei phones since I bought P20 pro... This year I was looking for upgrade my phone to P40 but this won't happen after lack of update with new emui. I will not risk the same with my new phone. Well I will just have to buy new Galaxy, I never had any issue with them. Sorry huawei you just lost another customer.
I own the p20 pro for quite some time now and here we are. It's the end of may 2020 and still no update.
Unfortunately I'm forced to step over to samsung or oneplus. My next phone won't be a friggin huawei. Thanks for promising a lot and not following them up huawei..
