The A9-9820 APU with Radeon R7 350 iGPU is probably not based on the Zen architecture since it only supports DDR3 memory. The test results provided by Chuwi speak for themselves, although the OEM claims that there should be enough processing power for current AAA games and 4K video editing.

A9 naming suggests it would be Bulldozer based.

This is the Xbox One X CPU...
16nm, 2.3ghz, 8 cores without SMT, similar Geekbench score as PS4 Pro, sure is a Kabini.
