While there are still flagship devices out there waiting to receive an update to Android 10 it seems that the midrange HTC U11 Life can now be counted as one of the smartphones that has actually started receiving the latest operating system. The HTC U11 Life, which was released in late 2017, is part of the Android One program.

It is Taiwanese.
Unless we consider Huawei not real Chinese...
