Nowadays, more and more PC manufacturers recognize "the better thermal design, the better performance". One of the best design of the notebooks is the IdeaPad S540 (13"), also named Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro13 in the China.
The highlight of this notebook is the i7-10710u with 35W of PL1, which is even high than the configurable TDP-up (25W) given by the Intel. And it can keep 35W TDP even in 20 times of CineBench loop.
