Title: The practical use of the Acer Swift 7 SF714-52T turns out to be limited

The slim and light Acer Swift 7 SF714-52T scores with an IPS touchscreen display, 16 GB of working memory (dual-channel mode) and silent operation. This is accompanied by a good battery life and two Thunderbolt-3 ports. For the whole package, you have to put almost 2000 Euros (~$2226) on the table.

Why would anyone accept the crippled performance, limited port selection, and high price when the LG Gram does away with all those problems for just a tiny bit more weight (2.2 lbs for 14-inch model)?

And one more important note: Acer is popular for its low price tag with "ok-ish" building quality. For a price tag like that, the unacceptable performance and market standpoint of Acer are simply a big NO to me.
