Ideapad s540 will be shipping in China since Sep. 30 under the name of Xiaoxin Pro 13. The i7-10710u version will only cost RMB6799 or $953, equipped with 2560*1600 13.4inch screen,16g ram, 512g ssd and mx250. Lenovo advertises its thermal design could sustain 35w cpu or 15w cpu + 25w gpu power.

It's shipping in Europe and the US in late October, which is stated in its launch in IFA. I would recommend you to wait for it, considering shipping from China would probably take several weeks.
