The LG V10 and G5 were released well over three years ago, so it's something of a surprise to see them listed on LG's service bulletin as being eligible for updates. It's even more surprising when one remembers that this is LG, a company notorious for awful software support.

LG lost my trust. Bought LG G4. The phone received no OS and/or security updates at all two years after release. Not to mention the poor quality of that s*** phone
