A couple of photos of an AMD Navi chip and a Ryzen 3000 series processor have been published by a Japanese website. After months of rumors and leaks, the physical products are finally available to see. The Ryzen 9 3900X is easily distinguishable with its chiplet design. The rear sides of the processors show Navi's smaller ball grid array.
