These affordable Precision laptops will carry a very wide range of processor options from a U-class Core i5-8265U up to an H-class Core i9-9880H. GPU options, however, will be limited to the Quadro P620 and the older Radeon Pro WX 2100. Wi-Fi 6, fingerprint reader, smart card reader, and IR camera are optional extras.

Nice, nice, but the keyboard is a pure crap!!! Hopefully, the 17 inch version will be OK.

This lineup is usually based on the Latitude 5000 series, this generation, more so.
This also means a 17" version is very, very unlikely. We'll have to wait on the 77x0 lineup.
And the Latitude 5000 15" chassis has trouble utilizing a 15W i7-U to its full capacity. Forget about i9 and Quadro, much less an i5-H with turbo boost.
