Title: EA "only" sold 7.3 million copies of Battlefield V, 1 million fewer than hoped for
Post by: Redaktion on February 06, 2019, 02:18:18
It has been reported that around 7.3 million units of Battlefield V have been sold since it was released in November last year. EA's stock price fell after the company announced a cut in its revenue outlook, but the price rose later in the day and closed at a higher price than the previous day. For Q3 FY19, EA reported total net revenue of US$1.289 billion.

Sigh,

I wish they stopped using SJW to cover for a bad product. You can be both socially progressive and move the tech/game forward. You're disrespecting the movement because now people will associate SJW material with covering up a product shortfall.

Noone except far right shills is blaming the female characters.  It probably underperformed mostly because of the reltively late launch during the holiday season.  They should've launched before COD but delays cost them some sales.
