All of these, glossy or not, are 16:9, so utterly useless. Which is a pity because ThinkPads also happen to be the only laptops on the market with a usable keyboard.

7th gen Carbon introduced a 400nits FHD display. There should be a 400nit FHD panel at least as an option on the new carbon, which makes this article somewhat dated already.
Tgere is no point talking about 7th gen x1 carbon. It will be for sale only in summer, so this article is no way outdated.
Apply a matte anti-glare screen protector on top of the 500 nits HDR screen, problem solved.
