The CEO of AMD, Dr. Lisa Su, devoted much of the company's CES 2019 keynote to unveiling and detailing the Radeon VII GPU. However, the presentation also turned to CPUs thereafter, whereupon the second-generation EPYC chipset for servers was discussed. AMD is clearly upbeat about the capabilities of these new processors.
