Lighter, slimmer bolide. The slim MSI GS63VR 7RG can run all the modern games smoothly on its matte Full HD screen. Here MSI goes for a 120 Hz TN panel with fast response times. The rest of the hardware is also in good order: NVMe SSD, HDD, Thunderbolt 3.

TN panel ? Really ? That's a lot of money for a dim TN panel.
@Mjoikr:
The reason behind the price premium is the refresh rate. Most TN and IPS panels refresh at 60 Hz, which really makes anything over 60 FPS meaningless as the screen can't keep up. A 120 Hz panel can keep up with a more powerful GPU and offers smoother gameplay, but it's going to be much more expensive.
Considering the viewing angles, though, it's a disappointing panel. There are high-refresh rate TN panels that have good color reproduction and decent viewing angles, but they will come with a price premium for the manufacturer which would be passed on to the consumer.
I recently bought a MSI GS63VR 7RG and I am looking to replace its TN panel with IPS panel. Is there a suitable 120 Hz IPS display that I can use to replace the current display. I am also open to 60 Hz displays as well. But the color space should be at least 92% sRGB and response time should be good as well

Hi, in the end did you manage to find a good IPS panel you could recommend? Was it easy to replace?
