Nokia licensee HMD Global has confirmed that it will roll out Android 8 Oreo to all of its smartphones. This includes the entry-level Nokia 3, which had been in some doubt as it runs a MediaTek chipset rather than the Qualcomm chipsets favored for the rest of its line up.
