Only five days after Microsoft announced the Xbox One X 'Project Scorpio' limited edition pre-order, they proudly claimed that it represented the fastest selling pre-order event for an Xbox console. Standard edition consoles will become available for pre-order before the November 7 release. The Xbox One X also won the Gamescom 2017 award for best hardware.
