On September 2, Samsung announced a global replacement program for the Galaxy Note 7 smartphone due to an battery cell issue. Since then, the company has been working hard to expedite product shipments for the exchange program.

I don't completely agree with this article. Samsung stores (which are supposed to be the spots for these replacements) are not allowing to downgrade or get a full refund. The consumers are forced to take Note 7 (with no choice provided).
