According to the benchmark database, the specs of this upcoming 4.7-inch handset include a 1.5 GHz octa-core Qualcomm chip, 2 GB RAM, and 8 GB internal storage space.

Where did you get Qualcomm from? Considering it has a Mali GPU it's most likely an Exynos CPU, probably the same as A5: 7880.
