Ab April bietet O2 das 4"-Smartphone (800 x 480 Pixel) Huawei Y300 mit Dual-Core Qualcomm MSM8225 Chipsatz, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean und 5-MPixel-Kamera ohne Vertrag für 121 Euro an. Huawei hatte das Ascend Y300 auf dem MWC 2013 für 150 Euro angekündigt.
