Title: Cyberpunk 2077 had a huge number of unique NPCs before GTA 6, and this mod brings them back

A mod for Cyberpunk 2077 essentially adds a huge amount of variety in the NPCs of Night City. Apparently, this is how CDPR originally intended the game to look, but they had to cut back on the diversity for unknown reasons.
