Citizen's latest Exceed looks like it borrowed its blue dial from a frosty winter morning, complete with a glittery finish meant to evoke sunlight filtering through a forest. The watch packs its radio-controlled movement into a 7mm case, though getting your hands on one might take some importing.

I don't get why that chapter ring has to be big. That dial is nice, but 1/3 of it is being covered up. It also takes away from the luxury feel of the watch.
