Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy A18 4G smartphone in Europe with a 90 Hz AMOLED display. The device features Samsung's in-house Exynos 1610 processor paired with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It runs Android 17-based One UI 9 out of the box. Plus, buyers can choose from gray, light blue, and black colorways.

Indeed, I was hoping for 6 GB RAM too. I think Google themselves recommends at least 6 GB RAM for Android. But I guess if SAMSUNG confirms 6 years of software support and not fewer, because of the only 4 GB RAM, then this is at least something.

Maybe the 5G version will get 6 GB RAM.

Let's see if the Exynos 1610 will use at least Cortex-A78 cores (Helio G99 in the Galaxy A16 4G uses Cortex-A76 cores).
