I will buy two and see if they last long enough
Hi, are you aware that these type of batteries are already available? I bought these off Temu last year and they work really well
I bought some off of Temu and they didn't last a couple of hours in a smoke alarm. I was able to get a partial refund and keep the batteries. I put them in our electric lift chairs as backup in case we get stuck up when our electric goes out. Tried it once as a test and they kinda worked but I also had a regular 9 volt in the box too. I'll try them again sometime.
Welcome to 2020...?
Coast AA/AAA batteries are currently the best on the market as far as the usb c rechargeables.

You really bought lithium-ion USB-C batteries last year? I am pretty sure they were NiMH instead, a different technology
These indeed have been available for quite a while from Chinese manufacturers. Unfortunately, these use custom cells and tend to be more expensive than the more standard Li cells. A lot of them get poor reviews for not lasting the advertised amount. And there are quite a few instances of them exploding / burning up during charging.
This is simply an established manufacturer moving onto an existing product space. But it is quite welcome.
These are best for devices that have a higher power draw where you would need to change regular alkaline batteries often (and rechargeable NiMn - even more often)
Pale Blue has made these batteries for a long time. Pretty expensive but work well.
