ChatGPT, Reddit and Roblox are facing tougher scrutiny in the European Union after the European Commission designated them under the Digital Services Act, triggering new compliance requirements by January 2027.

Is this the total number of all EU citizens using ChatGPT at least once per month or the accumulated number of users' browsing sessions so that the former might be much lower? If it should be the former, soon I would be one of the last EU internet users not using ChatGPT so it would reach usage comparable to that of Google...
