CD-Projekt-Red-Co-CEO Michał Nowakowski hat bestätigt, dass The Witcher 4 als physische Box mit Sammlerextras erscheinen wird. Sollte Sony die Produktion von Discs für neue PlayStation-Spiele im Januar 2028 tatsächlich einstellen, könnte die Verpackung allerdings keine Disc enthalten. Das Studio plant die Veröffentlichung für 2028.
