Lenovo has confirmed the Legion C700, a lightweight cloud gaming handheld, will launch in China on August 25. Unlike most Windows handhelds built to run games locally, the C700 is designed around streaming through Tencent START, with Lenovo saying titles such as Black Myth: Wukong can hit 60 FPS with end-to-end latency under 10ms.
