SanDisk has produced the first prototype chips of its experimental 3D Matrix Memory on 300-mm wafers. The technology could eventually offer up to four times the capacity of DRAM while cutting the cost per bit in half. But commercialization remains years away.

I may be imagining things but, given the repetitious tone of a couple of paragraphs and outright duplication of one sentence, this article smells distinctly... artificial...
