Seiko designer Masanori Kawamura just described his dream dive watch: 5+ day power reserve, 38 mm case under 11 mm thick, 62MAS-inspired design, inlaid numerals, box sapphire crystal. This is purely hypothetical, however.

Bravo— strongly agree with Kawamura-san's mix of specs and design ambition, especially the focus on thickness. I hope he gets to build that dream watch, and let's add 300M water resistance as well!

Hamilton did the H775151 some years ago that was 38x11 (I have it)

Also the 'Mini Turtle' wore very small - a very neat design they decided to discontinued rather early (I also have one)
