Xiaomi has quietly released a new TV Stick globally. Running Google TV out of the box, the Xiaomi TV Stick HD (2nd Gen) is compact enough to slot in behind your TV without visible whatsoever. The new TV Stick supports Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi, too.

Would have liked if they made a 4K one so I can dump the Amazon stick I got.

They do. There's a 4K 2026 version that costs 65 €.

The one announced is just a 2026 update to the cheaper 1080p version for some markets.
