They just want to milk out all the money from the console sheep. They literally have to make the game using a PC smdh.

Correct, it's made on a PC xd. Who are they trying to fool? 1 year artificial delay is expected. But it's not like it's free on a PC either.

Pc got too many issues too many modes and they get it from multiple sources. There have been complaints from the original rock stars in gta, a long term about that issue lol
